At KPSOCLUB, also known as Kaushal Somani, we are dedicated to resolving any issues our clients may face. If you have a grievance or feedback, please follow the steps below:

1. Email Complaint

If you are dissatisfied with our services and wish to lodge a complaint, please send an email to kpsomani15@gmail.com. We will review and address your complaint, aiming to resolve it within 7 working days.

2. Escalation

If you are still not satisfied with the response or handling of your complaint, you may escalate it by contacting Kaushal Somani at ksomani15@gmail.com. Kaushal Somani will work to resolve the matter at the earliest.

3. SEBI Assistance

If your complaint remains unresolved for over a month, you may refer it to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). SEBI provides a centralized complaint redressal system known as SCORES. Access it here: https://scores.sebi.gov.in

4. ODR Portal for Dispute Resolution
